ive been riding two strokes for a while now i ride a cr125 right now and when i went riding wif my mates my mate brang a yz250f i did beat him but thats cause i was a better rider we swaped bikes and i feel that the fourstrokes are faster bikes i couldnt believe it so my nxt bike is gna be a four stroke
who cares how often you got too rebuild it its worth it fuck 4 stroke heavy pieces of shit
but u dont have to rebuild 4 strokes every month like a 2 stroke
this is how i see it for 09:
yamaha stands out by far in suspension, lacks handling and power
honda stands out in power on the top end, but isnt good for slower dudes because of the bog issue. Decent handling and susp.
Kawi is made for heavier or more agressive riders who like to rev the bannanas out tof thier bikes with stiffer susp. settings, stock gearing issues
Suzuki has a killer bottom end for tight tracks and hucking jumps right out of corners, susp. is extremely soft.
I’ve had my 2001 RM-250 Two-stroke for two or three years now and all I’ve had to do was minimal maitenance. Never had to rebuild but had the top and bottom end re-worked for race and the carb re-jetted. Although 1 tank lasts 45 min. thats enough gas for at least a couple of races…
is it just me or does the novice guy allways say somthing negative its like shut the fuck up you suck so of course you will try to find”problems” with the bike to cover up your crappy ridding
@ChrisMX3417 Man, you”re like my friend…2stroke lover, i dont mind you guys! i find it cool to ride with a 2stroke smelling the strawberry oil! But i rebuilt my bike once (07-Rmz 250) and its been raced for 2 years before me and NEVER been rebuilt or has blown! The other person changed the oil filters yes, checked the vavles….no not always! only if there was a lack of power or maybe after 3-6 races… Right now i trail ride for the end of summer and fall, resaon for rebuilt= Casing cracked!

I love your site, it gives me good amunition for bagging my 4-stroke mates. It seems to me that people’s perception of two stroke power is based on either the days before power valves or on a 125 mx bike. I gave a mate of mine a go of my KTM 300, and he had no idea that two strokes actually have torque. Most people think two strokes have no torque when in fact my 300 will smash a 450 at near idle for torque, and according to the KTM brochure my 300 is nearly 11 kg (24 lb) lighter than a 450

@02stampede yea i have a 2T 400 sportsman and i love it but i have the 4T bike, i think i want to stay 4T tho because i’m goin to be trailriding and i don’t want to piss my neighbors off any more then i do lol
@shankman2000 I dont know lol.. Some reason I was thinking rm. Still, a 4t 250 and 2t 250 are very different animals.
